A bouquet subscription, also known as a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), is your support to help my farm through the growing season. By purchasing a CSA, you make it possible for me to cover my pre-season costs such as, seeds, compost, irrigation, etc., in exchange, I commit to provide you with the best the farm has to offer. You become invested in the rewards & risks of farming!
By joining a CSA/Bouquet subscription, you understand that your weekly bouquets and pickup times/location may be subject to factors such as weather, pests, etc. and therefore no refunds or returns will be provided. I will do my best to adjust if the need arises and keep you informed of any changes.

*Pick-up Locations:
Several of the CSA offerings come with the option to add additional weeks if so desired. Each bouquet subscription features a rotating selection of lush, premium seasonal blooms, with a fresh and unique combination every week based on what’s thriving in the fields.

📅 Subscription Schedule:
Your subscription begins on your designated start week and runs for consecutive weeks until complete, weather permitting. While we will try to accommodate a few flex weeks, when possible, if you are unable to pick up during a scheduled week, please gift that bouquet to a friend or family member, as all subscriptions must be fulfilled within their designated timeframe and cannot be carried beyond the subscription period.
📍Pickup Policies:
All bouquets will be labeled with your name at your chosen pickup location and must be collected within 48 hours of arrival. Bouquets not picked up within this timeframe become property of the pickup location and cannot be replaced. Need to change your pickup location for a specific week? Simply notify us by the Saturday prior to the week of pickup so we can make arrangements.

By purchasing a CSA/bouquet subscription, you acknowledge that no refunds, returns or exchanges are provided. Montana weather is unpredictable at best, with weather, pests and other unforeseen circumstances affecting our harvests. If something occurs that affects a weekly pick-up, I will notify all members, via email, as soon as possible about any changes/delays that might occur.
When signing up for a CSA/Bouquet subscription, you agree to add littleappleblossomsmt@gmail.com to your email contacts. This is how I will communicate. I will not be held responsible for e-mails going to your spam folder or promotions tabs. Please notify the farm immediately if you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours of payment or bouquet subscription notification emails within one week of the expected start date (listed in the description of the CSA you are signed up for, and in the order confirmation email). Little Apple Blossoms will not be held responsible for missed pick-ups due to failure to add littleappleblossomsmt@gmail.com to your contact list and therefore missing important emails. You agree to forfeit any flowers not picked up due to missed email communications or for any reason whatsoever.
You understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-6+ days. Little Apple Blossoms will provide flower care instructions at the start of each CSA/bouquet subscription. You understand that all flowers were harvested in peak condition, and that all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. Little Apple Blossoms will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care once you receive your flowers. Additionally, you acknowledge that the vase life of your flowers could be affected if not picked up in a timely manner from your chosen partner pick-up location.
