Our Story
Let me tell you a little about myself… I’m Tessa, the flower fanatic/owner of Little Apple Blossoms. I have always enjoyed flowers, but it wasn’t until I started my vegetable garden that I really began to understand their importance in our greater ecosystem. Without flowers, the pollinators, beneficial insects, and birds would not have what they need to make our gardens flourish. I have slowly been introducing more flowers throughout my vegetable garden, and now flowers outnumber the veggies!
I completed the Montana Master Gardener (Level 1) program in 2022 and have been expanding my garden on my folk’s property, with their permission :-), west of Bozeman, south of Churchill. Years of apartment and condo living have created a deep appreciation for all things blooming in our valley. In 2024, I brought my love of flowers to others by offering a 6-week summer bouquet subscription and sold at the Manhattan Farmer’s Market. I hope to expand my offerings in 2025, so stay tuned!
Along with my love of gardening, my animals (Miss Sadie – Goldador & Miss Abby – Kitty Cat) play a huge role in my life. They are my constant companions out in the field and little helpers in their own way by helping to keep the critters under control. My goal is to donate a portion of all my sales to animal shelters/rescues in our area.
Mission
My goal is to bring you beautiful blooms at their peak freshness at an attainable price. For many, flowers are that extra splurge they allow themselves, much like a delicious treat from their favorite coffee shop. My hope is that my flowers will be that "fragrant treat" to your week or event.
Additionally, I will be donating a portion of all of my sales to local animal shelters.
